Sharing of skills, knowledge, resources and networks will enhance effectiveness, bringing goals and objectives closer to fulfilment. Significant change can gain greater momentum through the formation of critical mass, generated through collective effort. On December 9, 2010, ACTS NGO Forum brought NGOs together to discuss the creation of a collective platform in Bangalore.

Mahatma Gandhi declared, "India lives in her villages". Well, Gandhiji would probably have been the first to change his mind with the changing times and acknowledge that emerging India's biggest challenges lie in her cities.
