Facebook Blood Groups -Turning Likes into Lives

We created a social campaign that takes advantage of Facebook as a platform to connect citizens of the same blood group and quickly locate emergency blood donors.One of the most urgent needs in case of emergency is quickly locating blood donors so we created www.bloodgroups.in - a social platform designed to serve pool of emergency blood donors.

We opened 8 Facebook groups for 8 blood groups and opened it for the general public.In the coming days we plan to partner with red cross and other NGO's who is willing to get the advantage of the network and help people who need blood.
